Fixed or Variable Speed Locking  The new Ultra Centrifuge is nearly indestructible! The one-piece aluminum alloy cast body is stable and strong, and the wide stance eliminates vibration and wobble. The new triangle design saves lab space, and can be easily tucked into the corner of your counter. It is difficult to break this centrifuge...even if it is loaded out of balance! Don’t try that with other brands! The Ultra is available with variable-speed (Ultra 8V) for spinning various fluids, or fixed-speed (Ultra 8F) at a lower cost for labs spinning blood only. The safety shut-off switch is integral in the locking latch, and the clear plastic view port allows for safe observation and speed calibrations. The Ultra is ready-to-use, and even includes rubber tube cushions to accommodate any type tube from 15 ml all the way down to 2 ml.
